       No training, checking and testing at cruise speed with :

         - A flameout malfunction applied on engine 1 or 2.
         - A reduction of engine 1 or 2 to idle. 


      The following abnormal behavior has recently been observed on ATR Full Flight Simulators n° 2 (Toulouse), n°5 (Paris) and n° 3 (Johannesburg):

      “At cruise level, IAS greater than 200 kts, Engine flameout or PL reduction is not realistic.” Depending on your own training programs content, you may have to amend them accordingly until the restriction is removed.
